The Company

Wiggly Wigglers is a well-established garden store with over 2000 products in its catalogue including seeds, composting supplies, flowers and natural pest control.

The Challange

With half its business coming from the online shop, and the other from mail order and telephone order, Wiggly Wigglers needed a payment service provider that could support both methods cost-effectively and present a single reporting system to track all card transactions.

The CreditCall Solutions

CardEase XML was chosen to authorise transactions for telephone and mail order, and was integrated seamlessly with the firm’s back office order processing system. The CreditCall hosted payment page allowed fast and secure processing of e-Commerce payments while minimising the work needed to ensure PCI compliance.
Both systems channel card transactions to CreditCall for secure authorisation. Wiggly Wigglers can view all transactions, and receive regular reports using the WebMIS transaction management system ­something that has changed their working days dramatically.
