With a clear, intuitive interface, WebMIS provides a common intereface to all a client's transactions processed through the CreditCall system. This is especially valuable when a merchant has a number of different terminal types. An airport parking operator for example will be able to see revenue from parking paystations, web-based pre-booked parking and a call centre, all within WebMIS.

The secure log-in system allows only authorised administrators to action voids or refunds and a hierarchy of access permissions can be set up to suit an organisation's requirements. As a further safeguard, refunds can only be made up to the value of the original transaction.

SOAP Interface

For the most advanced integration of credit card transaction data into existing back-office systems, a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) interface enables clients to query CreditCall's live databases directly from their back-office systems - without the use of the web-based service - allowing the tightest possible integration.
