CreditCall offers a choice of interfaces to make the task of integrating our payment service to your shopping cart or website as straightforward as possible. We provide a range of example scripts and supporting guides to help developers build an efficient and clean interface.
For developers using the popular Magento open-source e-Commerce platform, two plug-ins are available. These can be installed directly from within Magento.
The most straightforward interface is the hosted payment page (known as eKashu). This service enables developers to customise the interface to look and feel like the client's own website whilst not having to worry about areas such as PCI DSS compliance and data security.
The integration documentation for the payment page can be downloaded and used alongside a free test account obtained by registering on our test WebMIS platform. Complete development and testing can occur whilst internet merchant account registration takes place with the intended acquiring bank.
For developers that require a more integrated and flexible solution we offer the CardEaseXML interface. This allows a direct connection into the CreditCall authorisation platform. This will, in most instances, be for merchants that are anticipating larger transaction volumes and are willing to accept more responsibility for dealing with PCI DSS compliance Like the Hosted Payment Page; the API can be downloaded and used alongside a free test account obtained by registering on our test WebMIS platform. Complete development and testing can occur whilst internet merchant registration takes place with the intended acquirer.
CreditCall offers a fully compliant 3-D Secure MPI which works alongside CardEaseXML allowing for website integration with Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. Known as CardEaseMPI it is a Merchant Plug-in operating using either HTTP POST or XML protocols.
Examples are available that demonstrate how to use both the HTTP POST and XML interfaces. They are written in PHP but are clearly constructed so that they can be ported to other languages as required.
CreditCall does not charge for providing this valuable service, and works directly with the merchant’s acquirer to enrol the merchant into the scheme. The process typically takes two weeks.
