Web-based Parking Payment

Major parking operators, particularly those running airport facilities, are offering pre-booked parking to customers. Motorists make a booking days or weeks in advance and receive preferential rates for parking.

CreditCall can process these transactions from either operators’ websites or call centres, with the benefit that all the parking operator's transactions, from paystations, call centre and website, can be viewed, reconciled and managed on a single system - CreditCall's WebMIS.

City Authorities can use web-based transaction processing for collecting payment for PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices) in line with drive from governments to make more public services available online.
