Payment technology company, CreditCall Ltd is pleased to have completed a management buy-out with the backing of FF&P Private Equity, the private equity business of Fleming Family & Partners, and Bestport Ventures. The change of ownership comes after years of continued growth, enabling the company to expand its reach to new territories and market segments, especially in the areas of chip card transaction (EMV) software, and mobile PoS.
