Having provided the secure and reliable payment solution for EuroFlorist’s online shop ‘eFlorist’ for several months, CreditCall’s payment gateway has been chosen again for installation in the Group’s latest online shop ‘Flowers.co.uk’.
EuroFlorist is the market leader in Europe for worldwide flower delivery and merged with UK flower retailer eFlorist (formerly known as Teleflorist) in May 2010. The new business now operates in 12 countries with over 10,000 affiliated florists and a turnover of nearly £100 million.
CreditCall was approached directly by EuroFlorist to provide the payment gateway for the new website.
A EuroFlorist Group spokesman commented, “We’ve stayed with CreditCall for the new site based on the ease of installation, reliability and the great support we have received on our existing eFlorist site. Their network seems rock solid since we’ve no down times and it’s invaluable to be able to speak to a real person when needed, as opposed to an automated voice response system, common with other providers.”
